Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time veterinarian to provide medical care for animals, diagnose and treat illnesses, consult with clients about their pets’ health, maintain patient records, and perform surgeries and related procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a DVM degree and hold an active license to practice in Florida. Responsibilities: Determine the nature of diseases or injuries by examining pets and large animals. Restore health through surgical or medical treatments. Prevent rabies, brucellosis, and other diseases via testing and inoculations. Advise pet owners on sanitation, feeding, and general care to promote animal health. Complete documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and animal records; report diseases to health authorities. Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, and engage with professional networks. Contribute to the clinic’s reputation by taking ownership of tasks and exploring new opportunities to add value. Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Valid state veterinary license in good standing.
