Overview
The Department of Infectious Disease at Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role provides comprehensive care across general infectious disease services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a special focus on managing patients receiving OPAT (Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy). The NP will work closely with ID physicians, pharmacists, nursing staff, infusion centers, and home health agencies to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated care for patients during hospitalization and as they transition to the outpatient setting. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care across general infectious disease services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
