Fundraising Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s Full time, Mid‑Senior level. Location: St. Cloud, MN. Base pay $48 000–$58 000 per year. Incentive up to $13 000.

Position: Manager, Walk to end Alzheimer’s – MN/ND Chapter.

Reports To Senior Director, Walk to end Alzheimer’s.

Responsibilities

Build sustainable corporate and community relationships that help achieve event revenue goals, community participation, and brand awareness.

Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement best practices and reach fundraising goals.

Manage multiple volunteer‑led mass‑market events simultaneously and achieve revenue growth year over year.

Convene and build a positive, healthy, inclusive team environment that fosters long‑term community relationships.

Achieve or surpass designated revenue and participant goals through team and individual fundraising, corporate solicitation, and community partnerships.

Prospect, cultivate, and steward event teams, sponsors, and participants.

Manage event budgets, train volunteers, set timelines and milestones, and use data to produce positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals OR 3–5 years of successful experience meeting sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Confident, goal‑oriented, positive self‑starter who can work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively with partners.

Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture corporate relationships and partnerships.

Ability to manage large numbers of volunteers at different levels of expertise with diplomacy.

Ability to work with diverse communities and demonstrate inclusion in a highly matrixed organization.

Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and follow‑through.

Willingness to travel up to 60 % by car. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for committee meetings, Walk, and wrap‑around events.

Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and transport up to 25 lbs of materials.

Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office and social media; experience with or ability to rapidly learn Luminate/Convio software.
