We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers flexibility, variety and career growth while supporting our mission to deliver comprehensive whole-person care. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool includes clinical and allied roles that flex or float within the region. Associates may float to multiple units within one facility, within a geographic group of facilities, or to all facilities, to support workload and staffing needs across the system. Pool Details

Enterprise Pool 1:

Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential; eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials; 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home; at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area; 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 2:

Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential; eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials; Assigned to one of four zones based on home location; must travel to 5 hospitals within that zone; Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area; PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 3:

Flat rate $75.00/hr + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials; must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah); for Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each (subject to change); Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area; PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Unit Type / Specialty Areas

PRN: +15% PRN Differential – Not eligible for benefits Full Time / Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred BLS required Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area See experience requirement above by Enterprise Pool level and travel commitment Physical Requirements - Medium Work - Exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally, up to 20lbs frequently, and up to 10lbs constantly.
