Wage Range: $45.92 - $82.96 per hour
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

We believe that creating a tiered system for our per diem RNs allows for flexibility and balance, honoring the employee’s desire to work while balancing given business needs. See below for details. Tiered Per Diem RN
Tier 1 Per Diem RN: Work 5 days per month, including 2 weekend days; 17% hourly premium
Tier 2 Per Diem RN: Work 7 days per month, including 3 weekend days; availability for 1 holiday annually (paid); 20% hourly premium

Responsibilities
As an RN with our Hospice Care Center, you: provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate; assess the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients; coordinate the patient and family/significant other education process; continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, incorporating patient and family/significant other into the process; participate with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of care; communicate effectively all relevant information to immediate supervisor in a timely way; communicate and document changes in patient condition in a timely basis to charge nurse/supervisor and physician.
License, Certification, Education or Experience REQUIRED for the position:
Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required)
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
DESIRED for the position: Masteru2019 degree in Nursing
