Wage Range: $45.92 - $82.96 per hour Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. EvergreenHealth offers a PER DIEM Hospice RN option and choice for work assignment. The tiered system provides flexibility and balance, aligning with business needs. Details are provided at time of interview. Tier 1 Per Diem RN Work 5 days per month, including 2 weekend days included in the 5-day minimum 17% hourly premium Tier 2 Per Diem RN Work 7 days per month, including 3 weekend days included in the 7-day minimum Availability for 1 holiday annually (paid) 20% hourly premium Who We Are

Primary Duties for RN with Hospice Care Center
Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate. Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients. Coordinate the patient and family/significant other education process. Continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, incorporating patient and family into the process. Participate with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement the patient and family plan of care. Communicate effectively all relevant information to immediate supervisor in a timely way. Communicate and document changes in patient condition to charge nurse/supervisor and physician in a timely manner. License, Certification, Education or Experience
REQUIRED
for the position: Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or ADN) Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire DESIRED
