Frank Beverage Group is now hiring Inside Sales Representatives. The Inside Sales Representative partners with the Inside Sales Manager to drive sales growth and increase product placement within assigned territories.

Key Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of on‑premise accounts within designated beer, wine, and liquor territories in Southwestern Wisconsin. Develop strong client relationships by understanding account needs, suggesting products, and providing exceptional service. Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to promote product lines and drive sales. Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Stay current on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activity. Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite to track sales activity and generate reports. Support digital sales initiatives including e‑commerce tools and platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively. Goal‑driven, focused, and confident with the ability to influence and persuade others. Competent in intermediate math, able to calculate pricing, promotions, and cost of goods accurately. Comfortable delivering informal presentations to various audiences. Proficient with intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and persistence in dynamic environments. Excellent time and project management capabilities, with strong organizational skills to prioritize diverse tasks efficiently. Skilled at working with a range of internal teams and customer personalities, including managing challenging interactions professionally. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions with precision. Proven customer service expertise and aptitude for building and nurturing strong client relationships. Engaging storyteller, capable of captivating audiences to communicate brand messages effectively. Knowledgeable about the essential steps of a sales call, adhering to the PROFIT sales methodology. Familiar with supplier quality assurance standards and best practices. Experienced with eoStar software for inventory management, pricing navigation, deal structuring, and order submission. Understands supplier marketing guidelines and ensures proper use of branding in displays and partnerships. Knowledgeable of key state and federal regulations related to alcohol distribution, including legal drinking age, licensing, free goods policies, and product replacement requirements. Able to identify market trends promptly and adjust strategies accordingly to capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage, foodservice, or hospitality industry Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Comfortable using CRM and sales/order entry software Knowledge of or experience with e‑commerce platforms preferred Must be 21+ years old and able to work legally in the U.S.
