The Department of Special Education at Nassau BOCES is seeking a General Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate must have experience working with students with learning, behavior, and social/emotional needs, possess strong skills in differentiated instruction and demonstrated abilities in data-informed instruction and the Next Generation Learning Standards. Requirements
New York State Certified Special Education Teachers, preferably holding two or more certifications in the following certification areas: Students with Disabilities (Birth-2) Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6) Students with Disabilities (Grades 5-9) Students with Disabilities (Grades 7-12) Salary
