A successful candidate for this role will have the ability to:
Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist.
Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
Responsible for processing all ARC/ACC submissions.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in studying the association's governing documents,
Apply the standards in the documents in real‑life situations
and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
Ideal candidates will be detail‑oriented, strong communicators, and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.
Plus other work‑related tasks as needed.
