Location 1280 West Peachtree St in Atlanta, GA
Shift Needed Part Time/Weekend Saturdays 3pm - 11:30pm, 11pm - 7:30am
Responsibilities
Manage the Motor Lobby desk, lobby area, and visitor parking area.
Greet the resident/guest/vendor professionally, by standing and acknowledging them.
Professionally respond to incoming telephone calls from residents.
Routinely familiarize themselves with building rules, policies & procedures.
Follow current Access Policy, ensuring all visitors to include resident guests and contractors have been authorized to enter the building.
Enforce and control building access policies and procedures.
Monitor surveillance cameras as needed and enforce rules, policies & procedures for resident/guest use of common areas and/or suspicious activity. Concierge should not allow the loitering of unknown person(s).
Encourage a sense of community and assist residents as needed, following the protocols above, regarding leaving the service desk unattended.
Direct residents and visiting guests to the Plaza Level Resident Services Office during business hours to guide them on building rules and conduct.
Assist residents and contractors in utilizing the service elevator for maintenance, repairs, and move-in/out.
Respond to resident complaints and/or concerns. When appropriate, refer issues to the General Manager or maintenance staff.
At the end of each shift, the Concierge should provide a summary of events to the incoming Concierge and an update on building issues.
Write detailed incident reports of significant events or activities, following policy and procedure.
Maintain a daily log of events.
Maintain a clean work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
