Job Overview As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will provide transaction‑processing services for Mutual Fund clients, working as part of a team to deliver proactive, accurate solutions. The role is primarily operational with opportunities to interact with account holders via outbound phone calls.

What You Will Be Doing
Perform daily account activities by processing financial service requests efficiently and accurately.
Execute service requests such as purchases, redemptions, transfers, exchanges, account maintenance and new account set‑up after formal training.
Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives.
Review transactions for quality, ensuring accuracy and escalating concerns as needed.
Collaborate within a virtual environment to build strong internal and external relationships.
Communicate with advisors, shareholders, and clients over the phone to resolve complex issues.
Utilize internal and external resources to maintain knowledge of account and industry trends.
Coordinate and participate in special projects as assigned.
Reps II and III will review work accuracy, provide coaching, and make procedural recommendations.

High School Diploma or equivalent with 1‑year work‑related experience; preference for prior financial services experience.
1‑2 years business experience in customer support, customer service, or transfer agency roles required for Rep. II and III.
Required Minimum Workspace and Internet Specifications
Reliable high‑speed internet connection with minimal service interruptions.
Minimum download speed of 70‑100 MBPS and upload speed of 20 MBPS.
Dedicated quiet home workspace that allows attendance to training and work without distractions.
