Technical Support Specialist – HVAC/R
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support related to our HVAC/R products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and be able to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HVAC/R products and systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with HVAC/R and IAQ equipment.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
Collaborate with the service team for technical updates and issues.
Will require some travel.
Provide periodic training to our customers and dealers on current and future technologies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
Proven experience in technical support in HVAC/R.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Will need to work with computer systems and software related to HVAC/R.
