Inside Sales Associate
Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence, decking, railing, outdoor structures, and perimeter security products is seeking an Inside Sales Associate at our local branch office in Phoenix, AZ.
Competitive pay rate
$22.25 per hour , quarterly bonus program and spiffs, Monday‑Friday, Day Shift, health care plan typical starts 31st day, generous 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement up to $10K per academic year, generous paid‑time off, corporate discount opportunities.
Position Summary The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) serves customers daily in person, over the phone, and electronically to create value for the customer and company.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Interact with customers over the phone, in person, and electronically (email, text).
Conduct discovery conversations with existing and prospect customers to identify Master Halco products and services that grow their business.
Work as part of a sales team to grow sales and achieve branch and company sales and profitability goals.
Use the company’s computer system to process quotes, orders and other sales activities.
Process orders and arrange for pickup or delivery.
React to customer requests quickly and accurately.
Collect customer payments when applicable.
Keep customers informed of unexpected changes.
Support Outside Sales Associate’s in responding to customers’ needs.
Adapt and learn to sell new products to achieve sales growth goals.
Ensure an elevated level of customer service is provided using “The Master Halco Way.”
Learn and maintain proficient product knowledge.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment that meets company standards.
Ensure proper SOPs and company policies are followed.
Special projects as assigned by manager.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Expedite resolutions and make timely decisions when customer service issues arise.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.

Building materials – metals, woods, plastics, hardware.
