Compensation

Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

About The Position The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners in conversation and showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities.

Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish a strong customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that these hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and seasonal time adjustments.

Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.

Qualifications

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.

Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.

Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.

Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.

Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
