Outside Sales Representative - Fremont Region
The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. Please note that due to the regional nature of this role, assigned territories are subject to change based on the business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Compensation & Benefits
Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.

About The Position Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase the features and benefits of Omni Fiber products and services. You will aim to achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities. You will build rapport, understand customer needs, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and may change based on weather or seasonal adjustments. Scheduling and travel are required; travel outside the territory and mileage are reimbursed at IRS rates. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase product benefits.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Work scheduled hours Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (subject to change based on weather or seasonal adjustments).
Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
Qualifications
Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required. Travel within the territory is reimbursed at IRS rates; travel outside the territory is also reimbursed at IRS rates.
