We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outside Technical Industrial Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients in North Texas/Oklahoma. Your responsibilities include making sales calls, providing technical expertise, and offering solutions for power equipment needs. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and increase market share in the territory. Conduct sales calls and demonstrations to end users, engineers, electrical contractors, distributors, and generator dealers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions. Utilize technical knowledge in electrical theory and application to communicate product features and benefits. Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and post-sales support. Stay updated on industry advancements, products, and the competitive landscape. Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences for networking and promotion. Requirements
Proven successful sales experience in technical industrial equipment, preferably in power generation or electrical industry. Proficiency in electrical theory and application, with the ability to provide technical guidance. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but not mandatory. Additional Details
