CLEANLINESS and FRIENDLINESS! This section outlines the expectations for all team members to create a welcoming environment for guests and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. Section Two: Role Specific Duties and Expectations
Server
is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to our guests. This person will take food and beverage orders, serve food items to guests, and complete payment for guest orders. Responsibilities
Friendly Greeting: Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly. Quick Delivery: Deliver hot-to-order items from kitchen to tables. POS Skills: Input orders into computer and process payments accurately. Barista: Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks. Table Manicure: Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed. Guest Service: Observe diners and respond to requests. Side Work: Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work per labor rules. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about current offerings. Seating: Escort guests to tables as needed. Food Safety: Follow food safety and handling policies, including rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas. General Hotel Knowledge: Know hours and available amenities of the hotel. Section Three: Success Metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
Work Experience: Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines. Friendly service with a smile to guests. Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands. Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled end time, unless directed by management. Do not work while clocked out. Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times. Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift. Physical Working Demands & Environment
The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions. The employee is regularly required to stand/walk, perform repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers, lift items as needed, and work in a hotel environment.
