Sales Manager
who loves building relationships, driving growth, and helping dealers succeed. In this role, you’ll lead domestic and international sales, grow new markets, and support both our dealer network and customer service team. Sales Lead Processing
Preparing end-user sales leads for dealers; gather information from end users, provide information to the dealer, provide dealer support during the sales process Pre-qualifying end-user leads as necessary Tracking and evaluating dealer sales lead follow-through and performance Existing Dealer Relationship Development
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, provide support and training to new salespeople including informational product webinars Identifying potential dealer needs and interests and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests Analyzing Dealer performance and appropriating resources as necessary to match dealer capacity with sales potential Customer Service
Providing support to the Customer Service Team, answering questions, and assisting in problem solving Managing and directing staffing, training, and performance feedback to develop and improve the inside customer service function Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with Sales/Marketing objectives and Dealer requirements New Dealer Development
Develop and implement effective dealer recruitment and market focused strategies Generating and developing new distribution partners; calling on prospective distributors; analyzing capacity to resell Morse products End-User Sales Development
Expanding existing and potential end-user customers through the dealer distribution channel Strategic Planning
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to address dealer and end-user requirements Preparing strategic periodic sales reports Marketing Assistance
Working closely with Marketing Manager to create awareness and demand for the company products and services Assisting with preparing and distributing marketing materials in-print and online, including new content creation and idea generation Trade Show Planning
Support Marketing by setting up the dealer meetings and product displays when booth display is applicable New Product Development
Assisting in new product research, customer requirements, and market trends Product Pricing
Reviewing or performing market analyses to determine customer needs, competitor price schedules, and discount rates What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in manufacturing/distribution Experience building or managing reseller/distributor networks a plus Strong communication skills—you can explain, present, and motivate with ease Great organizational skills—you can juggle projects and details without losing focus A problem-solver who can think creatively and independently while keeping team goals in mind Leadership skills—you know how to coach, mentor, and guide a team Extra Details
Travel: About 25% (mostly U.S., with some international trips for dealers and trade shows) Tech tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat Work environment: Mostly office-based with occasional visits to the shop floor; light lifting (up to 10 lbs) may be needed Why You’ll Love It Here
