We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. Bachelor’s level degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing new business and exceeding targets. Proven experience selling into or working within the Learning & Development, HR Tech, or Corporate Training space is a significant plus. Proficient at asking insightful questions, actively listening, and understanding complex customer needs before presenting solutions. Polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an understandable and persuasive manner. Confident and engaging in delivering virtual and in-person presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences. A strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment. Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and other sales tools. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a rapidly evolving company culture. Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations that highlight our platform's unique value proposition and showcase its ability to solve specific client pain points. Sales cycle management:

Assist in managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Prospecting and lead generation:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other lead generation methods. You will demonstrate your ability to Transform by: Drive new business:

Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts within the mid-market and enterprise segments, focusing on L&D leaders, HR executives, and C-suite decision-makers. AI tools:
