Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization:
Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Market Insights:
Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability.
Budget Management:
Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Representation:
Act as the face of the sales organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and events.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in managing large sales teams and driving organizational change.
Expertise in selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise clients.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
