Sales Representative, Small Business Services
in a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more and sell additional solutions to existing clients. You will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business. We provide high-quality sales training and the latest sales technology. We value integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude. This role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and opportunities to advance within a stable, respected tech company. What you’ll do: Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with various teams to close sales, win business, and achieve sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud-based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts; build lasting professional relationships. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners with high ethical standards. Required Qualifications
Positive Self-Starter. Upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Agile Solution Seeker. Problem solver who can find answers during fast-paced change. Continuous Learner. Always learning and seeking to improve processes. Preferred and Additional Qualifications
One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related fields, or Military experience. Prior quota-carrying experience (preferred). Benefits and Culture
