Villa Restaurant Group is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants and quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations. We are looking for a Co-Manager to oversee operations, lead shifts, support team development, and help drive the success of our Starbucks store. What You’ll Do: Support the General Manager with daily store operations, including team management, inventory, and guest satisfaction Lead by example to deliver an exceptional Starbucks experience every shift Train, coach, and motivate baristas and shift supervisors Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards Jump in to assist on the floor when needed, whether it’s on the bar, at the register, or helping with store setup What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to pass an airport background check and badging process What We Offer:
