The primary leadership responsibility is to create an uplifting and friendly customer experience through exceptional service by highly satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, evaluating performance, rewarding, and coaching associates. Establish an uplifting work environment that values and engages associates. Empower associates to create a simple, fresh, and inspired shopping experience. Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. Identify and resolve problems promptly by analyzing information and developing solutions. Communicate company, department, and job-specific information to associates. Ensure proper orientation for new associates and understanding of benefits. Support the company's customer and associate promises. Delegate work appropriately, monitor progress, and provide feedback. Maintain punctuality and ensure responsibilities are covered during absences. Execute action plans and daily priorities, including performance goals. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines. Promote safety programs and identify unsafe conditions. Stay current with ads and promote corporate brands to customers. Manage scheduling to meet customer demand. Provide feedback to help team members grow. Align work with store initiatives and communicate priorities. Maintain product knowledge for associates and customers. Create and execute sales promotions. Control supply expenses and assist in budget preparation and P&L reviews. Develop and implement department business plans. Supervise and coach associates, conduct reviews, and reward performance. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Perform essential functions with or without accommodations. Qualifications

Effective communication and customer service skills. Basic math knowledge. Ability to handle stressful situations. Leadership skills for guiding associates. Flexible work schedule. Successful completion of basic and supervisory skills training. About Us
