What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline - Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact through deal closing and renewal - Meet or exceed revenue targets by executing effective sales strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven success selling complex, enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M - Experience engaging C-suite executives using consultative solution selling - Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing - Deep understanding of AI applications in legal department operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams - Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
