What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline - Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal - Meet or exceed revenue targets set for the sales role - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customer needs - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and engage in client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, specifically with complex, enterprise software - Experience engaging with C-suite executives and employing solution selling techniques - Ability to manage full-cycle sales processes, including multi-stakeholder deals - Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing, product, and legal teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - College degree preferred - Deep understanding of AI applications in legal department operations - Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change - Adept at developing and executing strategic account plans
