Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to join a busy trial team. The ideal candidate will bring 4–5 years of litigation experience, including direct trial preparation and support. This is a key position working closely with attorneys to manage an active caseload from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency Organize and maintain legal documents, including Bates-labeling, redaction, and indexing Coordinate Rule 35 exams and IMEs with experts Schedule depositions and manage communication with opposing counsel Maintain case calendars and track deadlines Electronically file pleadings (ICCES, CM/ECF-PACER) Serve disclosures and discovery Review pleadings and identify critical deadlines for docketing Draft memoranda and professional correspondence Support attorneys for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations (exhibit preparation, trial binders, materials) Manage transcript orders and coordinate with court reporting and outside counsel Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years litigation paralegal experience (4–5 years preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with timekeeping software (preferred, not required) Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional, trustworthy, and discreet with sound judgment What We’re Looking For
A proactive and resourceful team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. Someone who is calm under pressure, level-headed, and able to manage competing priorities without losing focus. Salary & Benefits
