Open Until Filled. This position will report to the Program Manager of the CSN's Workforce and Economic Development Division's Motorcycle Rider Safety Program, ensuring compliance with the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles regulations. The position will assist Rider Coaches to provide enhanced student experience by adhering to the MNF’s national standards for delivering the curriculum, facilitating motorcycle maintenance, tracking an inventory of replacement parts for motorcycles, and range supplies. The position will supervise classes and instructors with professional development. The position will also assist the Program Manager with program marketing and growth. The position assists the Program Manager with disseminating updated materials from the curriculum providers MSF and NV Rider. It also assists the Program Manager in ensuring and maintaining compliance with the Interlocal Agreement between NV Rider and the College, the MSF RERP agreement between the College, and the College policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

OR

an equivalent combination of education and experience

An NV Driver’s License with a Motorcycle Endorsement, MSF Certified Rider Coach in Basic Rider Course 1 & 2, and Introduction to Motorcycle Experience, Advanced Rider Course and Rider Skills Lab current First Aid and CPR training

2-3 years as an MSF Rider Coach

2 years as an MSF Quality Assurance Specialist and/or MSF Certified Rider Coach Trainer for BRC, ARC and RSL

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university

The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and current software applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to make decisions and take actions independently for a variety of diverse situations

Maintain composure in stressful and/or emergencies

Knowledge regarding safe handling and storge of hazardous materials

Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and repair
