Henderson Campus Student Union Work Hours per week : up to 19.5 hours Hourly Rate of Pay : $14 What our office does: Our department helps guide students through academic excellence with co-curricular activities and programming Position Summary Working out of our campus student union offices, your responsibilities will include: Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone

Retrieving and responding to voicemails

Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving files

Assisting walk-in students Creating and monitoring social media posts

Participating and assisting in campus events

Creating student and staff ID cards

Posting and taking down flyers

Attending student government meetings as needed

Participating in campus wide committees and events

Assisting with leadership program promotions

Other office related duties as assigned
