Hotel Senior Food and Beverage Manager

Lead daily food and beverage operations to maintain the highest quality service standards and a world-class guest experience Supervise shift operations and collaborate with Restaurant Managers, assisting servers, server assistants, and hosts during meal periods Foster a positive guest atmosphere—responding to requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all outlets Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping for all F&B team members Train, motivate, coach, and develop F&B team members in accordance with company standards Prepare team schedules aligned with business forecasts, payroll budgets, and productivity requirements Participate in departmental and leadership meetings, contributing to the overall success of the operation Maintain cost controls by conducting regular inventory, monitoring portion control, and reducing waste Uphold company standards regarding purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial accountability Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting Strong fine dining, wine, and beverage knowledge Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Valid ServSafe Certification Demonstrated leadership and team training experience Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and guest service excellence High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred Strong multitasking and time management skills Proven ability to lead and manage diverse personalities and teams Compensation & Benefits
