Housekeeping Team Lead - Full Time - 3rd Shift at Dayton Children's Hospital.

Schedule: Full time • Hours: 40
Responsibilities
Performs daily housekeeping services requirements provided within assigned area(s), including general cleaning and trash removal; cleans various building room types and surfaces (restrooms, offices, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, laboratories, elevators, medical areas, etc.).
Applies proper cleaning techniques which may include: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting.
Removes trash and recycling; Restocks all fixtures (toilet paper, towels, soap, sanitizer).
Utilizes various equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor machines, etc.) in completion of duties.
Supports the supervisor and department management to ensure daily housekeeping services required by staff in assigned areas are completed safely, accurately, and timely.
On weekends, serves as a point of contact between customers, staff, and vendors; troubleshoots service issues as necessary and implements solutions.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
Education: GED/High School diploma preferred.
Experience: 3+ years experience required.
