Team Lead Housekeeping - Full Time - 2nd Shift at Dayton Children's Hospital Responsibilities
Lead daily housekeeping services in assigned area(s): general cleaning and trash removal; clean various building room types and surfaces (restrooms, offices, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, laboratories, elevators, medical areas, etc.). Apply cleaning techniques such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting. Remove trash and recycling; restock fixtures (toilet paper, towels, soap, sanitizer). Utilize equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor machines, etc.) in completion of duties. Support the supervisor and department management to ensure daily housekeeping services are completed in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. On weekends, serve as the point of contact between customers, staff, and vendors; troubleshoot service issues and implement solutions. This is a high-profile position requiring a professional appearance, demeanor, and strong communication skills. Details
