The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help select the best flooring products for their needs Use pre-qualified leads and the strength of the Empire brand to generate sales Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtually) Deliver excellent customer service Travel locally to perform in-home measurements and consultations Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation Attends sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Availability for evening and weekend appointments Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
