Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. The role is a 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k–$70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Valid drivers license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person or virtually Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening and weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel About the Role
