Customer Service & Inside Sales Respond to customer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Prepare accurate quotes, manage blanket orders, and ensure timely follow-up. Build strong customer relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Research market trends and compile potential leads to support sales growth. Partner with the outside sales team on post-shipment follow-ups and customer retention. Order Management Enter and process customer quotes and orders using JobBOSS2 ERP. Acknowledge orders through customer portals and provide proactive status updates. Verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and track shipments to completion. Save and maintain order-related documentation in customer folders. Sales & Marketing Support Assist with updating the company website with product listings and promotions. Support the creation of product guides, manuals, and customer-facing collateral. Record customer activity and opportunities in HubSpot CRM for sales reporting. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (manufacturing or industrial background a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience with ERP/CRM systems (JobBOSS2, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Client-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience preparing quotes, managing orders, and supporting sales teams. Skilled at problem-solving and handling challenging customer situations. Personal Attributes

High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field preferred). Previous administrative or sales support experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus. Must be able to work on-site during standard business hours. Compliance with Storch’s drug-free workplace policy (no use of illegal drugs or marijuana, even recreationally; subject to pre-employment and random screenings).
