The role involves developing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting Loma products through various sales activities. The candidate must be proficient in technical specifications, industry research, and customer relationship management, with occasional travel outside the region for trade shows and training. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities via cold calling, trade shows, and networking. Develop action plans to penetrate key accounts and increase Loma’s market presence. Maintain contact with customers to understand their needs and promote Loma solutions. Manage account activities and convert opportunities into sales. Maintain accurate CRM records and generate routine reports. Become an expert in Loma and Lock products, including demonstrations and technical specifications. Gather and communicate competitive intelligence. Participate in trade shows and industry events. Achieve regional sales goals through proactive prospecting and customer engagement. Travel as needed for training, meetings, and trade shows. Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred. Minimum 4 years in sales, marketing, or related fields, with industrial capital sales experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
