Our learning programs provide teachers with the ability to differentiate instruction, monitor progress, and support learners in their journey toward success. From English learners and multilingual students to bilingual students and dual language learners who are struggling to read or write, Summit K12’s online, standards-based supplemental curriculum will close gaps and ensure growth for all students. Location
This role is a full-time, in-office position based in Allen, TX. Candidates must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Responsibilities
Engage in all facets of the sales process. Assist with sales projects and campaign activities. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to District Administrators, School Administrators, and Teachers. Meet weekly KPIs to support a rapid growth environment. Assist with territory lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation. Engage in a variety of Outreach Strategies (Cold Calls, Emails, etc.). Deliver virtual and in-person webinars regarding product introductions and demonstrations that explain product offerings. Deliver and participate in virtual and in-person conferences. Creation of budgetary proposals. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of direct sales experience, telesales, subscription-based K-12 curriculum to public schools and districts. Consistently exceed annual sales goals and often the top producer. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales performance tools. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidently in person, phone, and email. Confidence in collaborating and partnering with senior-level district administrators, including C&I Directors, Assistant Superintendents, Bilingual Directors, Curriculum Coordinators, as well as principals at all levels. Be the expert in content and data to build presentations that highlight Summit K12’s unique value propositions. Ability to work independently with a strong and disciplined work ethics. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments, functions, and cultures. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills. Advanced Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred, Business or similar field. 5+ years of K-12 teaching and leadership experience preferred, leading to demonstrable results for teachers. Strong relationships with senior school and district administrators. Experience with an extremely high-growth online educational business. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually At Summit K12, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The posted salary range reflects the scope of the role and current market benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. All offers are made with consideration for the individual candidate’s background and the needs of the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
