Role Overview
Lead VTCR’s U.S. inside sales function. You’ll develop and execute the inside sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth across Utilities, Construction, Industrial, Renewables, Data Centers, Metals/Mining, Oil & Gas, and other market segments.
Responsibilities
Build, own, and execute inside sales plans to meet revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction goals. Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team: set targets, conduct reviews, and provide ongoing training. Oversee day-to-day operations including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting. Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness across the full sales cycle. Conduct market and competitive analysis; translate insights into strategy and offer positioning. Serve as primary contact for key accounts; negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Applications, and Customer Service to align on GTM and customer experience. Coordinate with international sales and applications teams to ensure global consistency and share best practices. Own the sales budget; ensure activities are cost-effective and within plan. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Provide regular performance, pipeline, and market trend updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in
Electrical Engineering
or a closely related field. Five (5) years
of progressive experience in the same or similar role involving
sales of heavy industrial equipment . Willingness to travel up to
10%
domestically/internationally.
