What You’ll Do As An Inside Sales Representative
Lead the sales process for construction telematics solutions, product warranties, survey supplies/equipment, and products that maintain or enhance machine control and guidance systems
Identify new product offerings and develop targeted sales & marketing strategies for Houston’s construction and marine industries
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, surveyors, and equipment operators in Southeast Texas
Collaborate with our Data Solutions team to sell telematics and analytics services
Coordinate with deployment services for custom solutions tailored to Houston-area job sites
Become an expert on lease, rental purchase, and rental equipment programs
Assist customers with rental needs and coordinate equipment availability
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of sales experience in construction, survey, oil & gas, or related industries
Strong understanding of inventory management and Bills of Materials
Basic QuickBooks knowledge
Excellent verbal/written communication skills (Spanish a plus for Houston’s bilingual customer base)
Professional phone etiquette with multi-line phone system experience
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, database tools)
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Background in construction technology sales or heavy equipment sales in Houston
Knowledge of Trimble solutions or related machine control/telematics systems
