Lead design and development of plastic mold tooling; support NPD and production teams. Improve tooling performance by reducing cycle times, scrap, and costs Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and documentation; perform mold flow and FEA analysis. Manage tooling projects in ERP systems; support Capex planning and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience with associate degree). 5+ years of tooling design experience, preferably in plastic injection Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with mold flow, FEA tools, and ERP systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. How to apply
