Job description:
Lead and Coach Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and drive performance of a team of 15–20 inside sales representatives and/or SDRs to meet and exceed KPIs, OKRs, and revenue goals. Sales Execution & Strategy: Develop and refine call scripts, email cadences, and outreach strategies to boost lead conversion and accelerate client acquisition. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and customer success to optimize lead flow, ensure smooth handoffs, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Performance Analysis & CRM Management: Monitor sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement; ensure accurate CRM (HubSpot) usage and maintain data hygiene. Team Development & Operational Excellence: Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training; drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Wealth management experience strongly preferred Inside sales SaaS Marketing services sales Professional services sales HubSpot
Required: Must have 3+ years of sales leadership experience. Must have experience with CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent required. Background check required. Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 per year
