As the Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals focused on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for optimizing the sales process, driving team performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Manage day-to-day operations including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking. Partner with marketing, customer success, and field sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handoffs. Implement and optimize CRM practices (HubSpot preferred) to ensure accurate reporting and lead management. Develop training and onboarding programs to ensure team success and scalability. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a customer-centric approach to improve satisfaction and retention. Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and report to senior leadership. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or sales operations, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role highly preferred. Industry experience in industrial automation, optics, lighting, or machine vision is a strong plus. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred). Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous improvement. Additional Details
