Blezoo, an innovative promotional marketing agency in Central Florida, is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow our university clients. We are looking for someone who is a good cultural fit, wants to grow with us, and can build the promotional agency of tomorrow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving growth within existing accounts, and being a trusted partner for our clients on campus.
This role combines client support, business development, and project management. You will be the trusted partner for university stakeholders, guiding them through every step of their branded merchandise programs while also identifying new opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management
– Serve as the main point of contact for university clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure loyalty and retention. Proactively visit campus multiple times a month to attend meetings and events, strengthening connections across departments and organizations. Sales & Revenue Growth
– Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Uncover new avenues for growth through cross-selling and strategic outreach. Order & Project Management
– Manage customer orders from start to finish, including preparing presentations, creating sales orders, and submitting purchase orders. Guide customers to solutions that fit budgets and timelines, and set and meet project deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure on-time delivery of products and services. Client Support
– Address client questions and resolve issues quickly to ensure a positive experience. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, creative solutions. Internal Collaboration
– Partner with sales, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate across departments to keep programs aligned with client expectations. Strategic Planning & Growth
– Develop and implement account growth strategies. Share new program ideas, prepare product presentations, and document customer activity to support growth and retention. Plan and execute client-facing events to strengthen partnerships and create meaningful engagement opportunities. What We’re Looking For
