Account Executive, Commercial Services Group – Greater Houston/East TX & Louisiana Sales Market
Ally Financial is seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive commercial dealer relationships in the Houston, East Texas and Louisiana markets. The role is fully on-site and requires travel throughout the territory.
The Opportunity
Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Houston Metropolitan area.
Represent Ally with commercial dealers and develop strong relationships with key dealership personnel.
Market and promote Ally’s commercial products and pursue revenue opportunities within the assigned territory.
Coordinate activities with matrix partners and provide recommendations to address dealership concerns.
The Work Itself
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Ally’s commercial products, plans and programs.
Maximize all revenue opportunities.
Build and strengthen rapport with dealer body and provide best‑in‑class dealer service.
Provide OEM support to strengthen Ally’s relationships with OEM partners.
Elevate risk issues to executive leadership and stay abreast of policy changes.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years in a dealer‑interfacing role within the auto finance space.
High‑school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Excellent sales and relationship‑building skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to provide advice and direction in primary areas of expertise.
Contribute to and manage projects.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $85,000 – $120,000 USD.
Variable incentive plan eligible.
20 paid time off days, 11 paid holidays, 8 hours volunteer time off.
