Account Executive, Auto Commercial Services - Greater Minneapolis, MN/Madison, WI/Des Moines, IA – Ally The Opportunity
Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater Minneapolis, MN, Madison, WI, or Des Moines, IA area, with frequent travel throughout the surrounding MN, IA, WI, NE, ND, SD sales market. Company vehicle provided. Represent Ally with commercial dealers and maintain/develop strong working relationships with key commercial dealership personnel. Market and promote the full spectrum of commercial products and identify, pursue, and maximize the revenue potential of Commercial Dealers within the assigned territory. Coordinate activities with matrix partners and identify, communicate, and develop recommendations to address dealership concerns as appropriate. The Work Itself
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Ally\'s commercial products, plans and programs. Maximize all avenues of revenue opportunities. Build and strengthen rapport with dealer network and provide best-in-class dealer service. Provide OEM support as required to strengthen Ally\'s relationships with OEM partners. Elevate risk issues to executive leadership; stay abreast of changes in policy and procedures. Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in a dealer-interfacing role within the auto finance space required. 1+ years of leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor\'s degree in related field strongly preferred. Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise. Leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results. Contribute to and manage projects. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent sales and relationship-building skills. Role can be filled at 2E SAE level or 3F AE level based on experience; base pay range and incentive eligibility provided in posting. Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $160,000 USD; incentive compensation eligible. Ally\'s Total Rewards includes time off, retirement savings, health coverage, life insurance, disability, and other benefits.
