You’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you’ll solve problems and build trusted relationships to ensure homes and families are protected. You’ll listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care. You will… Prioritize

professionalism

with customers and coworkers. Serve as an
empathetic
problem solver by using in-depth training to recommend the best
innovative
pest solution for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; a robust advertising budget provides leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home — training is provided. Make recommendations based on inspection, address questions, explain the process, and set expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training is provided. We Offer
Competitive earnings from
$60,000 to $100,000 per year
and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. During the initial training period (first 90 days), compensation is set at
$23 per hour . After licensure, the role transitions to an
exempt compensation structure
that includes a

What do you need to be successful? High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients What will my work environment be like?
