Responsibilities

Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues and build trusted relationships, ensuring homes and families are protected. Listen to customer needs, explain practical solutions, and win customers over with confidence and care. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver by applying in‑depth training to recommend the best overall pest solution for each customer. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; leverage a robust advertising budget for leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services for peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of homes, make recommendations based on inspections, address questions, and set expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.

What We Offer

Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with a gas card upon route assignment. During the initial 90‑day training period, compensation is $23 per hour; after licensure, the role transitions to an exempt structure with base salary plus commission. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. No experience required; valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations. Safely use a ladder within weight capacity limits; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; access crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging areas; wear PPE, including respirators as required. Willing to work in various weather conditions.
