Responsibilities

Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.

Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships that protect homes and families.

Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win their trust with confidence and care.

Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.

Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.

Serve as an empathetic problem solver using in-depth training to recommend the best innovative pest solutions.

Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.

Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services provide peace of mind.

Inspect the interior and exterior of the home and explain findings, processes, and expectations.

Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training is provided.

We Offer

Competitive earnings from

$60,000 to $100,000 per year

and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.

During the initial training period (first 90 days), compensation is set at

$23 per hour . After licensure, the position transitions to an exempt structure with base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

No experience required.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).

Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Work Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Wear PPE, which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Willing to work in various weather conditions.
