We are seeking a detailed-oriented and highly organized IT Governance Lead to ensure IT documentation is compliant, aligned with regulatory requirements, and internal governance expectations. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT policies, standards, and procedures. Develop and manage an annual maintenance schedule. Work with IT subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with enterprise risk and compliance requirements. Maintain a centralized repository for IT governance documentation and ensure version control and accessibility. Track compliance deadlines and help enforce policy governance timelines. Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across documentation and recommend improvements. Facilitate stakeholder feedback and change management processes for new or revised governance documents. Support internal and external audit requests related to policy and procedure governance. Stay current on industry standards and regulatory changes to inform documentation updates and improvements. Provide training and communication support to stakeholders regarding IT policy expectations and compliance responsibility. Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, IT compliance, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Proven experience managing policy and procedure documentation in a regulated industry. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO, COBIT, and ITIL. Strong attention to detail, writing/editing skills, and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and document lifecycle tools. Preferred Skills and Qualifications

CGEIT, CRISC, GRCP, CISSP or related certifications. Public Accounting or Large Bank experience. Change Management or process improvement certification. Knowledge of SOX/CCPA/PCI DSS/NYDFS compliance requirements. What We Offer
