Company Description Alive Print Shop is a custom apparel company based in Las Vegas, Nevada specializing in bulk screen printing and embroidery for clothing brands, corporate apparel, events, and everything merchandise.

Role Description Alive Print Shop is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Hybrid Inside/Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. We specialize in custom apparel, promotional products, and branded merchandise — helping restaurants, events, schools, churches, small businesses, and corporate clients bring their brands to life.

Responsibilities

Drive new business with a hybrid approach:

Inside Sales → Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospect, qualify, and set appointments.

Outside Sales → Meet with clients in person, attend networking events, and represent Alive Print Shop across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson.

Build and manage long-term B2B client relationships.

Guide clients through the order process (minimum orders typically 36–50 pieces).

Maintain pipeline and client activity in a CRM (GoHighLevel a bonus, any CRM experience welcome).

Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong communication skills with confidence in both phone and face-to-face settings.

Comfortable in a B2B environment (restaurants, events, small business, corporate clients).

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.

Growth mindset and willingness to learn — professional development focus is a plus.

CRM experience (GoHighLevel or other).
