Development Representative - O&PS Locations:
Westminster, CO / Portland, OR / Remote, CO

Responsibilities
Outbound phone-based sales lead generation
Engage prospective buyers to understand Trimble solutions and identify early-stage opportunities
Maintain quality and complete data in opportunity and account records
Assist in planning quarterly sales promotions
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead qualification, email campaigns, and marketing content
Work with CRM to ensure records are up-to-date and workflows are optimized
Qualifications
1-2 years experience in outbound sales, account development, or customer service, ideally in enterprise software
Energetic, results-oriented, with a passion for selling
Self-starter able to work independently
Confident in interacting with decision-makers at all levels
Willing to make a high volume of calls daily
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, email strategies, and web research
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000
Commission eligible; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
